  • What is the order process?

    Simply browse our products on line and select the product of your choice. Navigate to “Inquiry” and register yourself online to send us your inquiry. Our Sales support staff shall then get in touch with you to take your order. You can also click on PurchaseDemo on top right corner of the Home Page, which demonstrates how to navigate through the Timbor Home E-comm site.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    On obtaining a confirmed order from you, 100 % payment will be accepted in advance before dispatch, by Cash/Check/Demand Draft/or by transfer of funds online from your Bank Account. Our Bank Account details shall be provided for transfer of funds from your account for online transactions.

  • Do Timbor Home Furniture prices include VAT?

    All our prices include VAT.

  • Do Timbor Home Furniture prices include Octroi/Entry Tax?

    All Timbor Home product prices are exclusive of Octroi and Entry Tax. This shall be charged extra on actuals wherever applicable in India.

  • Are there any hidden costs?

    There are no hidden costs. Timbor Home products are priced inclusive of all taxes, shipping charges, packing and forwarding charges.

  • What happens if I cancel my order?

    All ordered items are usually dispatched within 7 to 10 days from the receipt of online order depending on our stock status. If you cancel your order prior to it being dispatched there shall be NO CHARGE, but you will incur a charge if your order has already been dispatched in which case you will be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.

  • When will my goods arrive?

    All of our items are delivered by our Logistics Partner and can take up to 3 to 4 days for delivery once dispatched.

  • Will I get an invoice for the item ordered online?

    Yes, an invoice shall be delivered to you along with the item purchased.

  • What happens if I am out when you deliver?

    As all deliveries have to be signed for, we will be unable to leave your furniture and it will be returned back to the distribution center of our Logistics partner. You will then be contacted on phone to schedule a further delivery date.

  • Do you have an after sales service?

  • How should I take correct measurements?

    When furnishing any room, consider the largest piece first: the sofa in the living room, the dining table in the dining area, the bed in the bedroom. Your furniture should be arranged in a way pleasing to the eye, comfortable to use and convenient to move around.

    Before placing an order, please take a close look at all the access areas in your home, from the first entry doorway through to your selected room.

  • How to measure your furniture?
    • You need to know exactly where you want the furniture to be, and whether it will fit. Start by taking the following measurements:

    • Measure the surface area of the space where you want to put the furniture. Make a rough sketch with a note of the dimensions.

    • Measure the width, height, and depth of the model you want to order.

  • Will it go in?
    • All widths and diagonal depths should be less than the entryway dimensions. Check the diagonal depth on upholstery by placing a straight tape measure from the back of the frame to the front of the arm.

    • If it was easy to get your existing furniture in, compare the measurements with the model you want to replace it with.

    • When ordering a wall display unit, measure the wall you wish to place it against from floor to ceiling. The diagonal height should be less than the entryway.

    • Measure the width and height of all doorways, hallways, and stairways, including banisters and turns, and don’t forget about obstacles such as wall and ceiling lights.
